CCL is hosting a Creative Arts Quilt Show presented by: PHD Quilters. The quilt show expresses creative arts in Converse County.  Quilts are a functional and decorative art; it's a reminder of the human impulse to personally express beauty and creativity.  The PHD Quilters have substituted a needle and thread for brush and paint, pieces of cloth for canvas for their outlet of creativity.  The PHD Quilters are a group of 20 creative women; that meet once a month.  These amazing ladies are unbelievably creative and they pour their heart and soul into these quilt creations.  PHD quilters are from Douglas and Glenrock and they are the heartbeat of Converse County in the creative arts of Quilting.  Come and explore the creative art of Quilting at CCL from April 14, 2022 thru June 4, 2022.
